Description
The Goudse Food Port is an 800m2 mobile restaurant that will be temporary housed in vacant office space. 80% of the interior is build from reused / superused materials found in the Goudse Port. All the food comes from locale farmers in a radius of 10km around the Goudse Poort. In this radius there is 137ha of farmers, greenhouses and public vegetable gardens. 3% of there yearly production will be enough the supply food to 150 to 200 persons a day.
