Description
This brewery by public space designer Henriette Waal appeares on several outdoor festivals. Plants and spices are picked there, and used to create one part of the taste of this beer. The base of these beers is the taste of the water that is also sourced locally. Its pumped straight from the lake, river or ground into a small filtering tower.
The result is a usually a light beer that fits exactly with the location.
